Room with a view
Our cosy bedroom with luxury bedding, touch reading lights with integrated usb phone chargers, mood lighting and more. Plus, open the doors for a gorgeous view from bed!
Home from home
Double bed for two with luxury bedding. Touch reading lights above bed with USB ports integrated within the lights to charge phones. Netted storage above bed for phones. This is where you will also find remotes to control the vans mood lighting, heating and candles.
Dining in
Dining area with sofa seating. Also has a custom made high quality pull out dining table - this can be hidden when not in use for maximum space. Table extends much further than seen in photo. The van also has kitchenware included.
High spec
High spec 2018 Citroen relay van. Three comfortable seats in cab. Bluetooth radio. Satnav. Brand new dash cam installed. Brand new always on rear view camera installed. Wireless phone charger installed in cab.
All of UK and EU
You can take our van across the UK and Europe. Coming from England or Scotland? Get the ferry to Northern Ireland and pick up our van in Belfast!
Why the name?
The Wandering Albatross is actually named after our owner Emer's dog Alby! He is often lovingly referred to as Alby Albatross. Emer is also a big animal fan, so when thinking of a name, decided on the Wandering Albatross. The Wandering Albatross is one of the biggest birds in the world. It has the largest wingspan of any bird, and they are such efficient flyers that they can glide for hours without flapping their wings. And they are very beautiful. A perfect name for a beautiful camper van that will travel far and wide!
A warm welcome
A little welcome package on arrival for our guests.
Dogs welcome
Our van is pet friendly! We are dog lovers, and dogs are very welcome (there is a small pet fee to cover additional cleaning cost for dogs - to make sure there are no mucky pawprints or stray doggo hairs for our next guests). Our pet package includes our “doggo stuff” box incase you've forgotten anything! Toys, food/drink bowls, poop bags, a lead and even a special doggie seatbelt so your pup can ride upfront with you!
Living quarters
The main living interior of the van. Substantial underseat storage with complimentary tea/coffee/snacks, and also complimentary toiletries incase you forget anything! Also included is kitchenware, cookware, and even a picnic blanket.
Happy campers
Custom built pull out dining table that can be hidden when not in use. The table extends out to fit around four people incase you visit your mates on your trip!
Camp and Cook packages
We can include camping table, chairs, stove and cookware when you book our camp and cook package. Already included in the van is kitchenware (cups, mugs, plates, cutlery, glasses and wine glasses!)
Three's no crowd
There are three comfortable seats upfront. So if two adults are travelling, you've plenty of space (and even have room to fit your little one or your pup upfront with you!)
Al fresco dining
Camping table, chairs, stove, gas and cookware included in our camp and cook package. The van also includes kitchenware (cups/glasses/plates/cutlery/wine glasses).
Ready for my close up
We've even installed a make up mirror and make up table (or mirror and table for whatever you want if make up isn’t your thing!) The table folds down flat when not in use.
Music mania
There is a music theme throughout the van as our owner Emer is a professional musician and wanted some musical touches. There is also a rechargeable retro Bluetooth speaker/FM radio included so you can take your favourite music on the road.

Hot stuff
Our central heating is located on either side of the pull out dining table, along with our high spec control panel for the vans electrics.
Ground control to Major Tom
High spec control panel. Controls all electrics, including touch reading lights above bed, all spotlights, heating, custom made neon light, mood lighting, phone charge points, and 12V charger. We also have wireless remote controls for the heating, candles, and mood lighting so you can control these from bed.
Large garage
There is a large garage in the rear of the van with separate spotlights. There is plenty of space for luggage, bikes, etc. The garage houses the vans leisure battery, heating fuel and electrics. Garage can be access via back doors, and also by a custom built door in the van below the dining table. If you are renting the van for a longer trip, there is a campsite electrical cable where you can recharge the onboard battery.
